Order Changes & Exchanges
Please double-check all order details – such as size, design, and quantity – before completing your purchase. Due to our streamlined fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for mistakes like incorrect item type, size, or shipping address.
If you spot an error, you have up to 6 hours after placing your order to cancel and place a new one. For any questions before placing your order, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help and prioritize your satisfaction.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stage. A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order value will apply.

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Orders past this period are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
